Contact
SQL Practice is run by a small team, and email is the one and only way to reach us — there is no phone line, no chat widget, and no contact form collecting your details into a database. Write to us directly:
We read everything. Replies usually go out within a few days — sooner for anything broken.
What to write to us about
- Something is broken — a query that should work but errors, an exercise that rejects a correct answer, a page that renders badly on your device. Include the query or the exercise number and what you expected; that is usually enough to reproduce it.
- A mistake in a tutorial — if an explanation is wrong or misleading, we want to know. Corrections are the most valuable mail we get.
- Accessibility problems — anything that does not work with your screen reader, keyboard or other assistive technology is treated as a bug.
- Privacy questions — anything about how the site handles data. The short answer is in the Privacy Policy; the long answer is a reply away.
- Suggestions — topics you want covered, exercises you wish existed.
What we cannot help with
We cannot debug your production database, complete assignments for you, or provide the kind of one-on-one tutoring a real course does. For homework-shaped questions, the honest pointer is our own material: work through the practice exercises, and use the playground to test your ideas — it exists precisely so you can find out what a query does by running it.
